Shipping

We know that when you place your order you’d like it right away but we are a small business, not an “amazon” sized company. We also make many of the items in-house.

Since we want them to be perfect when they get to your door, it can take a bit longer to get items in the mail. Normally we take about 5-7 business days to get items shipped, but we are always trying to do that faster. If you need something faster, email us before placing your order and we can get you the cost and work out an expedited shipping add-on.

Tracking numbers are sent out to your email once the order has shipped.

 

Returns

We have a no returns accepted policy. This is due to the made-on-demand nature of our business, (each product is made once order is placed, and many times is customized. The only exception to this policy is if there was a quality issue with our printing.

If you changed your mind about wanting the product, ordered the wrong size, etc. then we cannot offer a refund. Please view the sizing chart before ordering any of our apparel items. The best way to check the size we have found is to lay out a shirt you own and like the fit, then measure that to compare it to ours.

To be eligible for a return, you must send an email to us with an attachment showing the quality issue.

To start a return, you can contact us at wearstateco@outlook.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
